Projects
Rozewood provided permitting expertise for Roche Harbor Water System, in their efforts to replace a 115-year old earthen dam creating Briggs Reservoir. The project consisted of obtaining ten permits from federal and state agencies. Rozewood is currently providing technical services for mitigation site monitoring and natural succession processes and documentation around the newly enlarged reservoir.
Rozewood provided permitting services for Roche Harbor Resort in order to replace and reconstruct the large main wharf at the marina. Both historical landmark and marine biological resources were major considerations during the piling replacements and reconstruction of the wharf’s large plank deck.
Rozewood assisted the new owners of Sweetwater Shellfish Farm on Lopez Island with drafting application and checklists for the County approval of the reestablishment of licensed commercial shellfish production in the Shoal Bay lagoon.
