Scott J. Rozenbaum has been working in Western Washington in the fields of Soil Science, Wetland Science, and Environmental Permitting since 1988, and specifically in San Juan County since 1996. He is a nationally certified Professional Wetland Scientist, a Certified Professional Soil Scientist, and a Certified Erosion & Sediment Control Lead. He holds a M.S. in Soil Science and a B.S. in Geology.

Rozewood Environmental Services, Inc. offers consulting expertise in the fields of permitting, wetland science, ecology, and soil science. Specific services include environmental permitting; wetland studies (delineations, inventories, reconnaissances, mitigation, & monitoring); soil investigations (mapping & analysis, erosion, drainage issues, and prime farmland determinations); ecological restoration; natural resource inventories; remote sensing analysis; and environmental education. Rozewood Environmental Services, Inc. works in San Juan County, plus many counties elsewhere in western and eastern Washington State. Key personnel: Scott J. Rozenbaum, senior scientist with 27 years experience, with a M.S. in soil science, B.S. in geology, and who is a nationally certified professional wetland scientist & certified professional soil scientist. Tracy Barrett, graphic designer with 25 years of expertise. A team of additional technical specialists are on-call.
